• Email & name you give us. When you sign up for recruitment-window alerts or request a resource, we collect the email address and any name you provide so we can deliver what you asked for and send related prep emails.
• Approximate location. We derive an approximate city, region, and country from your IP address to understand where our users are (for example, which recruitment areas they care about).
• Server logs. Standard web-server request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are retained by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and debugging.

How we use your information

• To send recruitment-window alerts and prep emails you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime).
• To deliver resources you request.
• To measure and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers that help us run the site:

• Resend — sending transactional and prep emails.
• Supabase — secure storage of signups.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or request that we delete your information by emailing support@eiatprep.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
