EIAT Prep is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IUEC, NEIEP, or any union or testing organization.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using eiatprep.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
EIAT Prep provides:
- Free information about the elevator apprenticeship aptitude test (EIAT) and the NEIEP application process
- Email alerts about upcoming and open recruitment windows
- Study and interview-preparation guidance
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Test formats, fees, recruitment dates, and application requirements are set by the organizations that run them and can change without notice. We verify our facts against primary sources (see our sources page), but you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the official recruitment announcement for your area before applying. We make no guarantee that using this Site will result in passing any test or being accepted into any apprenticeship.
4. Email Alerts
Recruitment-window alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Windows can open and close quickly, and we do not guarantee that every window will be detected or announced in time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site is owned by EIAT Prep. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. All trademarks referenced on this Site, including those of unions and testing organizations, are the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EIAT Prep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including missed application windows, test outcomes, or hiring decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the Site
- Misrepresent the Site's content as official union or NEIEP material
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
