Refund Policy

The website is free

Everything on eiatprep.com — the recruitment-window alerts and all study content — is free. There is nothing to refund.

EIAT Prep app subscriptions

EIAT Prep Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and those stores process every payment. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves — only the store can. To request one:

• iPhone / iPad: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the EIAT Prep purchase.
• Android: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, choose the purchase, and request a refund.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
