You need 70% to pass, but the EIAT does not rank you — it’s a pass/fail gate only.

That interview score alone sets your position on the hiring list. Score 71% or 98% on the EIAT and you’re on equal footing walking into the interview — so prepare for both, and don’t stop at the test.
